Key Responsibilities

  • Provide effective osteopathic assessment and treatment tailored to each patient.
  • Educate clients on treatment plans, exercises, and preventative care.

  • Maintain accurate treatment notes and professional standards.

Requirements

  • Degree/diploma in Osteopathy from a recognized institution.
  • Membership in a professional osteopathy association (OAO or equivalent).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for holistic, patient-focused care.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
  • Flexible schedule (evenings and weekends an asset).

About the Role

Join The Healing Theory, a multi-disciplinary clinic conveniently situated in a growing area in Toronto/East York. We are currently seeking to add a fifth massage therapist to our team to work complimentary days/hours to our existing RMTs. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide various massage treatments (Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal, sports massage, etc.)
  • Maintain a clean and organized treatment space.
  • Educate clients on regular massage benefits and recommend treatment plans.
  • Contribute to a positive and patient-centric environment based on The Healing Theory's vision and mission.
  • Keep accurate client records and collaborate with our team of health professionals.

About the Role

The Healing Theory is looking for a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist to join our multi-disciplinary clinic in East York, Toronto. This is a fantastic opportunity for a practitioner who specializes in pelvic floor rehabilitation to build a caseload in a supportive, collaborative environment with strong referral pathways from our existing team of chiropractors, physiotherapists, naturopaths, and massage therapists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and treat pelvic floor conditions including incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, prenatal and postpartum rehabilitation, and sexual dysfunction.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that may include internal and external manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education.
  • Collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team on shared patient care plans.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate clinical records.
  • Contribute to a welcoming, patient-centred clinic culture aligned with The Healing Theory's values.

  • Current First-Aid and CPR certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about pelvic health and patient-centred holistic care.
