Krystal (she/her) is a holistic movement practitioner, yoga teacher, Pilates instructor, and bodyworker whose approach to movement has been shaped through both athleticism and healing. Growing up immersed in sports, she developed an early appreciation for strength, discipline, and body awareness. After navigating her own journey through injury and recovery, her relationship with movement evolved -- leading her toward yoga, mindfulness, rehabilitation, and more intentional ways of connecting to the body.
With a background in visual arts, Krystal views movement as both a creative and embodied experience. Inspired by the connection between the mind and body, she weaves together strength, mobility, breath, and flow to create classes that feel grounding, expressive, and supportive of the nervous system. Her teaching encourages students to move with curiosity and presence while building resilience, stability, and deeper self-awareness.
Krystal teaches Pilates, yoga, mobility, and strength-based movement through an integrative approach that blends contemporary movement education with holistic practices. Students can expect thoughtful sequencing, mindful challenge, and a supportive space that invites both strength and softness into practice.
She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Nirmana School of Yoga and has continued her studies in Restorative and Yin Yoga. Krystal is also trained in Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), Traditional Thai Massage and 200-hour Mat Pilates Teacher Training, bringing a therapeutic and integrative perspective to the way she teaches and supports movement.
Outside the studio, Krystal enjoys travel, nature-based activities, the arts, and exploring cultural foods.
